Netball tournament

On Sunday we were having a reps tournament in Whangarei, I was so excited because it was my first reps tournament that I´ve been to. I wasn´t allowed to go to the other two rep tournaments because firstly I was really sick and could barely stand up and then the other tournament I sprained my ankle so this tournament was very exciting. We were standing around and playing waiting until we could play our first game, but then something dumb happened, it turns out that they don´t count scores for yr 7&8. We started to warm up for our first game.We started to play we were doing really good so we decided to count our own scores, we won. We had to wait for another 1 & 1/2 hours before we can play our next game. We started to play our game and then it started to pour down with rain and I mean pour down. We kept mucking up in the game because it was raining so much, and that made us lose.The Kerikeri netball center decided that the tournament will be canceled for us Kerikeri netball teams so we got on the bus and went back home, but the funny thing is, is that the rain started to clear up once we left.

It was definitely that kind of weather this weekend, didn't know what it was going to do! Congratulations for getting to play your first Rep tournament! That must have been very exciting alright! I would love to see some more descriptive language in here to describe those feelings.
ReplyDeleteHI Miria its Ocean here from room 6 #Next door, The tournament was so much fun it was a bummer that we couldn't play anymore cause of the rain. But you play some good games and hopefully we can catch up with the rest of AHI soon xx happy blogging :)
